According to Fudzilla reports AMD develops, this time the next generation High Bandwith Memory (HBM) graphics card with the codename Greenland, which will arrive in 2016. The new GPU probably manufactured in 16 or 14nm architecture, while interesting is the fact that the GPU will be used in Greenland K12 APU AMD, expected next year.
What we don't know yet is whether the "Greenland" become part of the Radeon 400 series, bearing the codename Arctic Islands.
